When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Your order will not be confirmed until we send you an order confirmation by email.

If we are unable to supply the products in your order for any reason, we will inform you by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount paid within 14 days.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods available at checkout. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes. These can only be used once, only during their stated validity period, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

SECTION 4 — DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the order confirmation date. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will notify you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Once we hand over the products to the courier, ownership and risk of the products passes to you.

If your order is significantly delayed by circumstances outside our control, we will contact you. If the delay is substantial, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

SECTION 5 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order and return the products within 30 days of receiving them, in accordance with our Refund Policy. This includes your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, for which full details are in our Refund Policy. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
